Estimates
Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Estimates are based on conditions visible at the time of the walkthrough; concealed conditions discovered during work are documented, photographed, and quoted for your written approval before we proceed.
Scheduling
Start dates are confirmed in writing. Weather and material availability can affect schedules; we notify you as soon as we know of any change.
Payment
Most projects use a materials and scheduling deposit, progress payments at agreed milestones, and a final payment upon completion of your walkthrough. We accept cash, check, major cards, and bank transfer.
Change Orders
Any addition or modification to the agreed scope is documented in a written change order with its own price and schedule impact, and requires your approval before work begins.
Warranty
Our workmanship is warranted against defects in installation. Materials carry their respective manufacturer warranties. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, storms, or work performed by others is not covered.
